David Bulow assisted Edson Elcock on a 63rd minute goal and scored on a penalty kick in the 86th minute as the Richmond Kickers became the 2009 United Soccer Leagues Second Division champions in a 3-1 victory over the Charlotte Eagles Saturday at University of Richmond Stadium.
John DiRaimondo also had an unassisted goal in the 83rd minute for the champions.
Diego Martins gave Charlotte their only lead in the 14th minute as Darren Toby assisted on his goal.
