Wheeler's Rage Keeps Reading In Mid-Atlantic Drivers Seat

Aaron Wheeler's two goals were enough to give the Reading Rage a 3-1 win at Exeter High School over the Carolina Dynamo Saturday in United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League play.

Evans Frimbong assisted on Wheeler's 14th minute strike, then scored with help from Joshua Brenenfeld in the 25th minute for a 2-0 Reading lead.

Carolina's Sheanon Williams scored off a Zach Lewis feed in the 59th minute for their only point.

Wheeler had an unassisted goal in the 88th minute as the Rage lead the Eastern Conference, Mid-Atlantic Division standings at 6-0-1 with 19 points.

Carolina is 3-3-2 with 11 points and in third place.

The Rage host the Cary Clarets Sunday while the Dynamo are on the road against the Northern Virginia Royals this Saturday.
