Leighton O'Brien assisted Greg Howes on a 58th minute goal to level a 1-1 score between the Tacoma Tide and the host Vancouver Whitecaps Residency Saturday in United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League play at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Vancouver took the early lead as Coulton Jackson assisted on a goal in the 20th minute.
Tacoma is 2-1-3 with nine points and in fourth place in the Western Conference, Northwest Division while the Residency is 1-1-2 with five points and in ninth place.
The Tide are at the expansion Victoria Highlanders Sunday and the Residency hosts the Spokane Spiders next Saturday.
