Rosana scored the game-winning goal all by herself in the 23rd minute as the host Sky Blue FC shut out the Chicago Red Stars, 1-0, Wednesday in Women's Professional Soccer play at Rutgers University.
Sky Blue (3-5-3) is tied with the Boston Breakers (3-4-3) and the FC Gold Pride (3-5-3), both of whom played to a 1-1 tie Wednesday, for fourth place in the league standings. They have time off before their next game at home next Sunday against the surging St. Louis Athletica.
Chicago, dead last at 2-4-5 with 11 points, hosts the Breakers Saturday at Toyota Park.
