Menace Tarnish The Brass At Valley Stadium

Sterling Copeland had two goals, Samuel Asante scored a goal and assisted on two others and Player of the Week winner Armin Mudjzic added another as the Des Moines Menace shut out the Kansas City Brass, 4-0, in United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League play at Valley Stadium in West Des Moines, IA.

The Menace (5-0-4, 19) are tied with the St. Louis Lions (5-2-4) for second place in the Central Conference, Heartland Division standings, a point behind the Real Colorado Foxes (6-4-2, 20), and host the Springfield Demize this Saturday.

Kansas City, 2-7-2 with eight points and in sixth place, are off until July 2 when they host the defending PDL champion Thunder Bay Chill.
