Hemming, Thorpe Receive USL Weekly Honors

Charleston Battery midfielder Tyler Hemming and Western Mass Pioneers goalkeeper James Thorpe were named the United Soccer Leagues Players of the Week for the First and Second Divisions, respectively.

Hemming assisted on both goals in a 2-0 win at the Austin Aztex. Thorpe had a combined 13 saves and gave up only a penalty kick in a pair of wins last weekend.
