FC London's DiBiase Tabbed USL PDL's Best Player

Forest City London defender Anthony DiBiase, who totaled three assists in shutout wins against the Kalamazoo Outrage and the Indiana Invaders, was named Wednesday the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League Player of the Week.
