K.C. Whitworth of the BYU Cougars was named Friday the winner of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League's first Goal of the Month award for May.
Whitworth fired a header into the net in the 88th minute of an eventual 2-2 draw with the Ventura County Fusion May 21 off a Rich Harrison assist.
