Blues Finally Win A Road Game This Season

Leo Inacio Nunes scored an unassisted goal in the 58th minute and Paulo Araujo assisted on Alen Marcina's goal three minutes later as the Miami FC Blues won their first road game of the United Soccer Leagues First Division season, 2-1, over the host Cleveland City Stars Thursday in the first game of a two-game series at Middlefield Cheese Stadium in Bedford, OH.

Joshua Boateng scored for the City Stars off a Leo Gibson assist in the 20th minute for their only lead.

The Blues are 4-5-1 on the season with 13 points and in seventh place in the league standings.

Cleveland, meanwhile, is 2-8-2 with eight points and in tenth place.

The same two teams face off Saturday.
