Fox Soccer Channel, who will be begin exclusive live weekly telecasts of Women's Professional Soccer games March 29 when the Los Angeles Sol host the Washington Freedom at The Home Depot Center, announced Wednesday Mark Rogondino and Jenn Hildreth will be the channel's on-air talent for the broadcasts.
Rogondinho has been with Fox Soccer Channel (formerly Fox Sports World) since 2002 and has been with Major League Soccer's Los Angeles Galaxy broadcast team since 2004, beginning as sideline reporter and moving into the booth in the 2006 season. He also played collegiately at San Diego State University.
Hildreth is new to FSC, but has worked for many cable sports outlets and is an Emmy Award-winning features reporter, host, sideline reporter, anchor, color analyst and play-by-play announcer. During her current stint at Fox Sports South, she is the top color commentator for Southeastern Conference women's college soccer and has been a part of their college football and basketball preview shows since 2005. A three-sport star at Emory University in soccer, track and field, and basketball, she was color analyst for coverage of the Women's United Soccer Association's Atlanta Beat in the league's final season in 2003 for Comcast Sports.
